Celebration page for Elizabeth Murray

I have known Elizabeth since 2005 when she took me under her wing as a young GP. She taught me to write, get funding, and do presentations. In short, she added much to my work as a doctor, teacher and researcher. She was a wonderful person and had a great sense of humour. She loved her London flat and we shared many stories of the cat and her many and varied friends across the Globe. I am sad that other than a few emails I did not get to see her or talk to her much in the final years. I am glad that she moved out of London and had happy times with Debby. The annual emails were always full of lovely stories and pictures. I miss my colleague and friend. I miss her smile and her kindnesses (both small and large). I miss her....
